Each serving comes with Sauerkraut and mashed potato and is possibly the best rendition of modern German cuisine you can find in Singapore as the dish is slow-cooked in aromatic pork stock with bay leaves, peppercorns, cloves, juniper berries, garlic, and onion for three hours and baked in the oven to crispy perfection. Comes with choice of our homemade sauce.
