Agreement to Terms of Use

  • The merchandise sold through The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore’s online shop is provided by Capitol Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. (“Hotel”). Any orders made through this online shop are made between the individual making the order (“Customer”) and the Hotel. The order is subject to the local terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Hotel from time to time, and is subject to the laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  • Customer may pick up merchandise directly from The Boutique at 15 Stamford located within the Hotel, or Customer may select the merchandise to be delivered to a location within Singapore, and to non-restricted zones only. It is not possible to deliver merchandise to locations outside Singapore.
  • Any perishable items ordered will be void and the payment will be forfeited in the event: (i) the Customer fails to pick-up the ordered merchandise on the designated pick-up date and time during the normal working hours of the Hotel ; and/or (ii) the delivery to the Customer’s designated delivery address is rejected or otherwise incorrect.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in its sole discretion for any reason but Customer will be entitled to a full or partial refund of any payment made in the event of any such cancellation or modification.
  • Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to prevailing government taxes, where applicable.
  • Discounts are not applicable to prevailing government taxes.
  • All perishable food items are recommended to be enjoyed within 2 hours from delivery. For ensured quality, please consume within the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order. Note that we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions arising from the consumption of our food and drinks.
  • Unless otherwise extended, not valid with membership, credit card and promotional programs, benefits and discounts.
  • Product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary.

Delivery and Takeaway

  • All delivery and takeaway orders must be placed at least 60 minutes in advance. Some items (including but not limited to cakes, afternoon tea, Boodle Fight Feast, Sunday Brunch, festive items) require a longer advance order.
  • Some items (including but not limited to Sunday Brunch) are only available for takeaway or delivery on specific days only.
  • Requested delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled orders are non-refundable. Kindly note that items that have been delivered or collected are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

Ongoing promotions and discounts

  • Free delivery promotion applies to orders above $120, valid for all items on the online store except Festive seasons.
  • Any promotions and discount offers may be extended, changed or removed at the discretion of The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
