• Voucher is applicable for use at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore for accommodation stay, dining establishments managed by the Hotel including 15 Stamford Restaurant, The Bar at 15 Stamford and the Lobby Lounge, or a 60-minute  spa treatment of your choice at The Spa at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
• Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may not be extended beyond the validity date.
• The original hardcopy voucher must be presented upon bill settlement at the hotel or restaurant. A proof of identification may be requested for verification purposes.
• Voucher will be available for collection or delivery after 10 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery fee is charged at S$20 per location.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other services, must be presented before payment and fully utilised in a single transaction. Vouchers cannot be stackable and any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
• Applicable service charges and government taxes are not included in the discount calculation.
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programmes and privilege cards.
• There will be no replacement for lost or misplaced voucher.
• The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In case of dispute, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore's decision will be final.
