Shipping policy

(1) Father's Day Cake Orders

  • A minimum of 48-hour advance order is required.
  • Delivery or Self-pickup starts on 15 June and ends on 21 June 2026.
  • Delivery fees at S$30 per location.
  • All delivered & collected festive delights are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any cancelled orders are non-refundable.
  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars and GST-inclusive.

Self-Collection

  • For self-collection, please pick up your order between 11am and 7pm, at The Boutique at 15 Stamford, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, 15 Stamford Rd, Singapore 178906

(2) Sweet Suite Offers Orders

Advance reservations must be made at least three (3) days prior to arrival and are subject to availability at the point of reservation. Please confirm the voucher validity with the hotel reservations team before making a room reservation. To book, please email reservation.singapore@kempinski.com or call +65 6715 6800, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00, and quote your Shopify order number. Upon arrival at the hotel, please show and redeem the e-voucher at our Front Desk.

(3) Regular F&B Orders

    Please place your order at least two days in advance.

    For self-collection orders, please visit The Boutique at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, 15 Stamford Road, Singapore 178906.

    For delivery orders, please select the following timeslots:
    - 11am to 2pm
    - 4pm to 7pm

    Delivery slots are subject to availability.

    Delivery fee is S$20 per location during the non-festive period, and free delivery applies to orders above S$120.

    Not combinable with any other sales and promotion orders.

    • All perishable food items delivery and takeaway orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Pre-order applies to any selected Festive Orders.
    • Kindly note that items that have been delivered or collected are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
    • All perishable food items are recommended to be enjoyed within 2 hours from delivery. For ensured quality, please consume within the day of delivery and refer to storage instructions enclosed, where applicable.
    • Requested delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
