TERMS & CONDITIONS:
・Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance for delivery or self-collection.
・Discounts are not applicable to Tin Box collection.
・Delivery and self-collection start from 15 August for Tin Box, and Musical and Lacquer Boxes from 25 August until 25 September 2026.
・The standard delivery time is between 10:00 and 18:00, subject to its conditions.
・Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unforeseen traffic conditions. For this reason, there may be some delays which are entirely beyond our control.
・Please note that requests for a specific delivery time are not available.
・Delivered and collected mooncakes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Cancelled orders are non-refundable.
