Created in honour of Singapore’s 60th birthday, our signature Black Forest Cake gets a local twist!
An all-time classic, the moist Valrhona chocolate cake is layered with a luscious dark cherry jam. Morello cherry compote is added and finished with cherry syrup-infused freshly whipped Chantilly cream and a lavish amount of dark chocolate shavings. Each cake is elegantly adorned with a white chocolate Merlion—perfect for this special occasion.
