Classic Black Forest Cake

True to the Kempinski Hotels’ German roots, the Black Forest Cake is a classic on our menu. Moist Valrhona chocolate cake is layered on top of a biscuit base with dark cherry jam. Morello cherry compote is added and finished with kirsch syrup-infused freshly whipped Chantilly cream and a lavish amount of dark chocolate shavings.
