This luxurious and delicate creation features almond sponge cake with Lychee jelly and layered with rose Bavarian and raspberry mousse, Chantilly cream and topped with lemon and raspberry glaze. It also contains fresh raspberry, dehydrated lychee, rose petal and golden crumble. A cake synonymous to what our Ladies in Red embody – Timeless, Elegant and Exquisite.
