How to use?
1. Purchase 30% off Oriental Massage eVoucher on The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore's online store.
2. You will receive an email with a QR voucher immediately upon fulfilment of the order.
3. 24-hour advance booking is required. Please email spa.singapore@kempinski.com and indicate your voucher number and preferred day and time slot for the booking.
4. Scan and redeem your QR voucher at The Spa before the treatment.

• The holder of the eVoucher is entitled to 30% off Oriental Massage for one person at The Spa.
  
• The eVoucher is valid for redemption until 30 December 2025 and may not be extended beyond the validity date. Blackout dates apply.
• 24-hour advance reservation is required, and bookings are subject to availability.
• The eVoucher must be presented at The Spa before the treatment. Proof of identification may be requested for verification purposes.
• The eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or other services and must be fully utilised in a single transaction.
• The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programmes, and privilege cards.
• The eVoucher orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
