• eVoucher is applicable for use at The Spa at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore.
• eVoucher is applicable for one person usage in a single 90-minute treatment.
• eVoucher is valid for redemption until 30 December 2025. Blackout dates apply, including Public Holidays and the eve of Public Holidays, and may not be extended beyond the validity date.
• Prices are in Singapore dollars, and subjected to 10% service charge and 9% government prevailing taxes.
• A proof of identification may be requested for verification purposes.
  
• 24-hour advance reservation is required, and bookings are subject to availability.
• eVoucher is not exchangeable for cash or other services, must be presented before payment and fully utilised in a single treatment. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
• Applicable service charges and government taxes are included in the discount calculation.
• eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programmes and privilege cards.
• There will be no replacement for lost or misplaced vouchers.
