For an added touch of indulgence, look out for pass-around treats like Foie Gras with Asian Spiced Banana and Dark Rum Raisin, as well as Poached Egg with Shaved Black Truffle.

For mains, mums can choose from a delicious selection of premium land and sea produce – from the sweet Glacier 51 Toothfish with Pineapple Curry and the decadent Challan Duck Breast with Burnt Orange Puree, to the fork-tender Wagyu Beef Striploin and Grilled Tiger King Prawn with Shio Kombu Butter, each dish is specially curated to make the brunch experience decadently delicious.
