An intellectual, technical deep dive into the "Key Rums of the World." Lance shares his encyclopedic historical knowledge, guiding guests through a curated regional, technical, or blind tasting designed to challenge and refine your palate.

2. You will receive an email with a QR voucher immediately upon fulfillment of the order.
3. Advance bookings required. Please email bar.15stamford@kempinski.com and indicate your voucher number and time slot for the booking.
4. Scan and redeem your QR voucher at The Bar at 15 Stamford before dining in.

• The e-Voucher is valid for redemption only on 20 June 2026 and may not be extended beyond the validity date.
• A six-hour advance reservation is required, and bookings are subject to availability.
• The e-Voucher must be presented at The Bar at 15 Stamford before dining in. Proof of identification may be requested for verification purposes.
