Terms & Conditions:
- Voucher is applicable for use at The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore and dining establishments managed by the Hotel.
- Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and may not be extended beyond the validity date.
- The original hardcopy voucher must be presented upon bill settlement at the hotel or restaurant. A proof of identification may be requested for verification purposes.
- Voucher will be available for collection or delivery after 10 working days from the date of purchase.
- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other services and must be presented before payment and fully utilised in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
- Applicable service charges and government taxes are not included in the discount calculation.
- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, privileges, discounts, vouchers, loyalty programmes and privilege cards.
- There will be no replacement for lost or misplaced voucher.
- The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore's decision will be final.
